ベトナムの若い芸術家が留学からハノイに戻り、芸術活動を展開する拠点としてのペントハウスのリノベーションである。彼と母親の住宅であり、彼の活動をサポートするギャラリー、アトリエ、さらにベトナムのアートシーンを活性化させるサロンでもある。
空間にモダンアートを醸成する余白を持ち込み、開放的で心地よいインテリアをデザインするため、壁や天井にダイナミックな流れを生み出す曲線が採用された。各機能は三日月状の特注家具によってゆるやかにゾーニングし、クリエイティブなコミュニケーションのためのほどよい距離感を生み出している。また、プライベート・ギャラリーとして、施主のアート作品が空間に彩りを与えている。既存のドーム天井の装飾は活用し、ハノイの魅力である歴史的多様性を感じられる場とした。

A young Vietnamese artist who studied abroad returned to Hanoi and wanted to have a creative
space to discover his internal spirit for artwork and establish his activity. This penthouse
renovation is for a residence for himself and his mother but moreover, it is his gallery, working
atelier, and incubator for Vietnamese art to realize his aim for his activity.
