The site stands in front of the future big re-developing area after the glass company’s factory. Rest of the town is a mixture of low housing, and middle-low large apartment, and agricultural field, so the lack of community space for neighbors was obvious.

On this project, 1,500 square meter site is divided and building for disabled people will be constructed step by step, aiming to make a courtyard of the city. The building of the 1st period is a temporary support facility during the day for disabled persons. Small exterior spaces, made by the positioning of the building and interior space are in a sequence, which actually connects to outer space=city through windows, garden, and wall design.
