築50年以上の住宅のリノベーション提案。既存建物の保存だけでなく、今日の生活に適合させる空間づくりを目指した。
既存建物が二世帯住宅であった為、多くの小さな部屋や水廻り、それらをつなぐ長い廊下があった。これらをまとめたあまりのスペースを大きなボイド、あるいは土間空間として室内外を行き来する生活を設計した。
設計の際に映像作品も作成した。

This is a proposal for renovation of a private house, which is originally built more than 50 years ago.Not only preserving original structure or the space, but positively changing the spaces to fit today's life is important.
As the original house was two-family house, there are too many small rooms and long corridor and unnecessary sanitaries, so those spaces are combined and concentrated, and rest of the space become a big void or dirt floor to please life between inside and outside.
