猫に特化したペット共生型のワンルームと1LDKが混在するアパート。用途地域による厳しい法規制の中で最大限に居住スペースを設けるためすべての住戸にロフトを配した。ロフトによって出来た室内のでこぼこな空間はキャットウォークとなる。
敷地は鉄道駅から徒歩５分の閑静な住宅街にあり、周囲には単身者用からファミリー向けまで様々なタイプのアパートが点在していることからバランスの取れた住戸が求められた。

Le Chat is an apartment. As the name of the building indicates, it aims to live with pets, especially with cat.
To maximize the usable floor space in a limited site, under the strict regulations of height and shadow, every units have lofts. A lot of uneven spaces or parts, appeared by making loft are efficiently used for catwalks.
The site is 5min. walk from railway station and surrounding is quiet residential area with some apartments allowing young single to families, so well balanced units are required which creates irregular composition of 10 units, consist of 4 one room and 6 one LDK in 2 story.
