0〜2歳を対象とした定員19名の「小規模保育所」、「一時預かり保育所」、「地域子育て支援室」が一体となった施設。
この世に降りたって間もない赤ちゃんが自己という世界の内側を向くための「求心性」と、子どもをもつ、産む、育てることへの純粋な喜びを地域社会に対して発信するための「開放性」をひとつの建物に同居させることで、地域の子育て支援拠点としての循環型の持続性を表現した。

Kenshin Muginoko nursery is a small-scale nursery, accepting 19 babies, 0-2 years old. It also consists of a temporary nursery, and a Regional child-rearing support center. The coexistence of “centripetal force”, and “openness” in the same place expresses circulatory sustainability of a small region. The “centripetal force” is designed for babies, just started breathing in this world, to facing themselves. The “openness” is designed to show the happiness of having/ birthing/ raising a baby to local residents who could be the next supporter of the region.
